My favourite present was a Nespresso machine! I am now addicted.

And another favourite was some beautiful handmade etsy pieces to use for my wedding day (gorgeous “Mr” and “Mrs” coathangers, and a rustic bunting personalised with our names) by a friend who scoured this blog to pinpoint exactly what I would love.

However, since Nespresso machines are quite pricey (a group of my friends contributed) and etsy will take too long for you, my third favourite present was actually a soup tureen, similar to this one: http://maxwellandwilliams.com/mw/maxwell-williams-dinnerware-servingware-platters-bowls-white-basics-soup-tureen-z175a.asp Pretty, classic and useful, yet I would never think to buy it for myself - the perfect present.
